Setup Fee: one-time fee of EUR 20.-.
Minimum Term:
12 months: Billing is carried out annually in advance (EUR 600.- excl. 20% VAT) + 20 € ONE TIME setup fee. Offer exclusive to entrepreneurs as defined by the UGB.
Business Address POPULAR
Starting at EUR 70.-per month (net)
Representative Business Address: located in the 3rd District, Seidlgasse 21/1/EG, 1030 Vienna.
Mail & Parcel Receipt: includes RSb (official) letters via power of attorney.
Scanning Service: direct delivery via email (weekly).
Self-Collection of your mail: by prior appointment.
Exclusive Office: 1 day of Coworking per month (includes IT equipment & coffee).
No Setup Fee.
Physical Mail Forwarding as an ADDITIONAL OPTION bookable for EUR 24.- gross/month (+ postal fees).
10% Discount on IT Services: (e.g., web design or IT support) with our partner pd IT-Services e.U..
Possible Minimum Terms:

12 months: Billing is carried out annually in advance and you get 1 month for free (EUR 770.- excl. 20% VAT). Offer exclusive to entrepreneurs as defined by the UGB.

3-Step Express Contract: for immediate use of our address.
Mail & Parcel Receipt: includes RSb (official) letters via power of attorney & daily scanning service.
Self-Collection of your mail: by prior appointment.
Exclusive Office: 2 days of Coworking per month (includes IT equipment & coffee).
Meeting Room: use once a month by prior appointment.
No Setup Fee.
Physical Mail Forwarding: You only pay the postal fees.
Up to 20% Discount on IT Services: (e.g., web design or IT support) with our partner pd IT-Services e.U..

Virtual Office Application Form
Please complete the form in full and upload a copy of your valid official photo ID in one of the accepted formats (PDF/JPG/PNG, max. 5MB) so that we can process your application quickly. Provided all necessary data is complete, we will send you the pre-filled registered office contract along with the first invoice immediately upon receipt of your request! Please verify all details in the contract and return the signed document to us. Once we have received your signed contract and your payment has been cleared, we will return the countersigned contract to you. You can then use this document to register your company with all relevant authorities!
